REFUNDS FOR ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS MAY BE REQUESTED UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE
For those returning Platinum and Gold Packages, you may request a refund up to 15 days after receipt of the physical items. Platinum and Gold Packages are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued until items are confirmed returned at our warehouse with a copy of your order slip enclosed.
Due to increased piracy and and unethical behavior, if our records show that you downloaded over 30% of any digital program or summit and asked for a refund within 72 hours of purchase, there will be no refund. Unfortunately, there are too many crooks ruining it for everyone.
NO REFUNDS FOR SUPPLEMENTS
There are NO Refunds or Exchanges on or for all Supplement products.
REFUNDS FOR ALL OTHER NON DIGITAL PRODUCTS EXCLUDING SUPPLEMENTS
We accept refunds for most other products postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Items must be unopened with all seals intact. We are unable to accept returns on refrigerated products. Please note that some manufacturers may impose a restocking fee for processing returns and the fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not accept products for exchange.
The Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping on all eligible products.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note: if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number and/or return a product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
